Membership of USF is free and is under following rules and regulations. before registration please read these very basic rules thoroughly and than proceed.

	In order to become member, one must be the regular student of Punjab University. All members shall abide by the manifesto of the federation.
	Membership is the trust in the hand of the student. It can not be used for any thing but the welfare of the students.
	Any of the member is not authorized to disturb any non member student. The complaint can be presented to the central committee.
	Any member of the USF can not be a member of any other organization.
